Charlotte or what many call her Charlie lives with her newly engages sister. She went on a blind date and realized right away that Denny was not for her. Charlie worked for a growing company, Pearse Publishing. She started out slow and now one of the owners noticed how well she worked and told her that maybe she need to move up and get hr involved. They felt she could do more, but that was all put on hold when she got Andrade emails saying things will.be put on hold. One of the Pears brothers were taking over here and no more promotions would be allowed. Charlie was sitting at her desk when he just started to rant and hollow over an account that was done. And boy did she put him in his place. A little bit later he gave her more than she thought she could handle but she got all the work done and even had time to get ready for her blind date. She gets there and then sees her boss. Aaron and Mickie set her up with her boss. How would this work she is her boss. The next day Declan wonders how she would act. Well she acted as if it never happened. He wants a sub and he thinks that she would be perfect.The only issue is that they get off on the wrong foot. That job turned out a lot harder than it seemed. When Decklin gets a text from her things change big time.
I am left with a Cliffhanger on this one. When I was done I was a little upset. I mean right when she stood up for herself and more it's over. Now I'm over here waiting in the next book...it was great 5 stars
